Ven. Capt. Isaac Hanna:
Archdeacon Isaac is the Rector of the Drumcliffe Group of Parishes, Lead Evangelist at the Drumcliffe Centre of Mission and Archdeacon of Elphin and Ardagh. He has been incumbent of Drumcliffe since 2015.
Rev. Malcolm Young Rev.
Malcolm is the Tourist Chaplain and Deacon of Drumcliffe Parish. He came to work in the parish in 2017 and was ordained as Deacon in 2020 through the Ordained Local Ministry training programme.
Alan is the Pioneer Evangelist at the Drumcliffe Centre of Mission. Alan a native of Sligo returned to the area over 10 years ago with his wife and they have played an important role in parish life since. From Youth and Childrens Ministry to serving on the Standing Committee and the General Synod of the Church of Ireland. Alan was appointed as Pioneer Evangelist in 2017 and has progressed through Church Army training, he was commissioned in 2019 as an Evangelist.
Drumcliffe Church Tourism Development:
DCTD is an unincorporated not-for-profit defined-purpose voluntary management committee. DCTD has a membership of twelve local volunteers drawn from stake-holders, service providers and the community. In 2019 DCTD were awarded funding of €122,805.00 from the Rural Development LEADER Programme 2014-2020. The delivery of this funding will be facilitated by Sligo Local Community Development Committee as the Local Action Group with responsibility for the delivery of the Programme within County Sligo. The funding is being allocated under the theme: Rural Economic Development, Enterprise Development and Job Creation – Sub-theme: Rural Tourism.
In 2019 DCTD were Runners up in the Sligo Business Awards under the category of Environment and Heritage. A great achievement for the committee in its infancy.

DCTD is coming into the final phase of the Leader funded project which will enable a better offering on-site at Drumcliffe for visitors, and upgraded facilities for staff. We hope that 2021 will be a great year for Drumcliffe. The Committee Members have varied backgrounds from religious to finance to marketing and education, this diversity is key to our progression as a committee and in our business planning.
